MN Fence Installer

Description

A to Z Quality Fencing is looking for looking for a talented Fence Installer to join our growing team. You will assist the team lead(s) and project manager with a variety of tasks, while learning the basics of being a Fencepert!

Primary Responsibilities

• Install (assembling) and repairing fences, and gates- wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum
• Measure and cut the fence material for custom sections
• Checking for proper spacing, alignment, and height
• Unloading product for the team leads- Set fence posts, rails, and lines
• Preparing the site by doing possible hand digging
• Removing old fences
• Great customer service
• Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s License/good driving record
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Capacity to fulfill our duties independently and on time
• Familiarity with hand tools
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 70 pounds
• Performs work involving kneeling, crouching, crawling or other uncomfortable positions
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions

Labor (no experience) $20-$23 /hr

Fence installer- $24-$26 /hr

Crew Leader- $27-$30 /hr
